Italian for Skiing Holidays Online Course

Speak Italian where it counts - from lift pass to après-ski

Ever Struggled on a Ski Holiday in Italy?

You’re in Cervinia, Courmayeur, or the Dolomites. The mountains are stunning… but then you:

  • Hesitate when buying your lift pass at the counter

  • Worry about what to say in an emergency on the slopes
  • Wish you could join in with locals at après-ski but don’t know the words

That’s exactly why I created Italian for Skiing Holidays — the only course designed specifically for skiers heading to Italy.

Picture Your Next Ski Trip…

  • Knowing exactly what to say if there’s an emergency
  • Joining in après-ski conversations without feeling left out.

This isn’t about textbooks or grammar drills. It’s about practical Italian for the real moments that matter on your Skiing holiday.

Italian Culture Tips (Coffee rules, dining hours, tipping)

I was nervous about taking my kids skiing in Cervinia because I don’t speak Italian. This course made everything so much easier. I could check us into the hotel, sort out ski hire without confusion, and even order dinner confidently. The emergency phrases gave me peace of mind too. It turned what could’ve been stressful into a really smooth trip.

Jessica (bOSTON, usa)

I’m a complete beginner at both skiing and languages, but these lessons were spot on. The ski hire section helped me get the right boots and skis straight away, and the après-ski phrases meant I could join in without feeling awkward. It made my first ski holiday in Italy so much more enjoyable.

MARK (BRISTOL, UK)

I’ve been skiing for years but always relied on pointing and guessing in Italy. This course changed that. I could ask about piste conditions, talk to ski patrol with confidence, and order properly in restaurants. For the price, it’s an absolute no-brainer — I’ll be using it every season. Thank you Amedea!

About me

Ciao! I’m Amedea, an Italian teacher from Turin with over 15 years’ experience helping students travel and live in Italy with confidence. After years of preparing my students for their Italian skiing holidays, I saw they didn’t need grammar — they needed the right words for lift passes, hire shops, restaurants, and the slopes.

That’s exactly why I created Italian for Skiing Holidays.

It’s based on real experience of what holidaymakers actually struggle with, and focuses only on the words and situations that make your Ski Holidays to Italy smoother, safer, and more enjoyable.
