Ciao a tutti!
I’ve lost count of how many students tell me: “Amedea you use the verb FARE for everything in Italian”. It’s true. It is used everytime you use To do and To make in English and more. Here’s a free Italian lesson on “FARE”.
Here’s a few examples:
fare una passeggiata fare le spese /fare lo shopping
fare la spesa fare il bagno fare la doccia fare colazione fare un viaggio fare una domanda fare una foto fare un esame fare una stretta di mano |
to go on a walk to go shopping
to go food shopping to have a bath to have a shower to have breakfast to go on a trip to ask a question to take a picture to take an exam to shake hands |
