Buon pomeriggio a tutti! Learn Italian Manchester is raising money for a superb local charity called Francis House Children’s Hospice based in Didsbury Manchester. How are we going to raise money for this fab charity? With an Italian themed night in Didsbury. There’ll be italian food and italian wine, there’ll be a raffle with lovely prizes for Christmas stockings or for you to keep and a cake sale. Plus we have a superb competition, more information later on..keep following the blog.

Example: You’ve just met somebody new and want to ask about them
Sarah: Ciao come ti chiami?
Dave: Mi chiamo… e tu?
Sarah: Di dove sei?
Dave: Sono di Didsbury Manchester e tu?
Sarah:Io sono di Leeds piacere!
Dave:Piacere! Che lavoro fai?
Sarah: Sono contabile e tu?
Dave: Sono ingegnere, e’ un lavoro difficile!
Sarah: Immagino! Da quanto tempo studi italiano?
Dave: Da 6 mesi e tu?
Sarah: Da 3 mesi. Ti piace il cibo italiano?
Dave: Si moltissimo.

Laura:Ciao mi chiamo Laura piacere!
