My mum and dad were in Manchester for Easter and a few friends knew my mum was a supporter of the Slow Food movement originated in my beloved Turin in the 80s and so we arranged 2 pasta making sessions where students got a chance to make fresh pasta without the use of the machine in Didsbury. Just by hand in the pure traditional style. Here are some pictures to show you how much fun we have had.

If you’re interested in hosting an Italian cookery class where you’ll learn to how to make fresh Pasta in the comfort of your home with a group of friends, please get in touch: hello at learnitalianmanchester.co.uk
