Pasta making class Manchester (Zoom)
Do you love fresh pasta but have no idea how to make it?
Don’t worry, most people feel the same. If you’ve ever wanted to make your own fresh tagliatelle literally from scratch (with no need for a machine!), here’s the chance to do so!
This online pasta class is the perfect antidote to Winter and the Lockdown.
Learn how to make pasta with Amedea
Hi, I'm Amedea. I'm an Italian language teacher from Turin, Italy. I also love Italian food and sharing my culture through teaching people how to make fresh pasta.
When food is made with love, and made by hand, it tastes better! My home town of Turin has strong connections with Slow Food, a movement that strives to preserve traditional, regional cuisine and local agriculture. So what I teach is the traditional way of making pasta, not with a machine but rolled by hand - just like it's made every day in Italy.
In my online pasta making classes you will learn how to make fresh pasta using simple tools and equipment you will have at home.
Friday 26th March 18:00-19:30. The class will be delivered via Zoom.
£29 per person. I’ll donate 10% to MIND UK.
- A fun class where you will learn to make tagliatelle with Amedea and Scott

Recently I did a pasta making class over Zoom hosted by Amedea. Having no clue initially how to make fresh pasta Amedea was great at taking us through all the stages. It was thorough but also great fun and Amedea was great helping me when I had questions as I went through the steps. Tasted fantastic.
Amedea’s online pasta making class was another demonstration of her versatility and capacity to bring enjoyment and learning to her students. A top-notch cook in addition to her other talents, I hope she will continue with these Italian cookery classes
We had a wonderful online pasta-making class from Amedea. It was a cookalong with expert advice from Amedea who showed what can be achieved with some flour, eggs and a rolling pin. It was great fun.
